Refund Policy 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: Post ,Leopards courier,TCS. To return your product, you should mail your product to:Multan, multan Punjab Pakistan 66000. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Return Policy

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.


How I Figured Out My  Product in Warranty?

  • If the product has a warranty coverage, this field will identify the duration of the warranty and how the warranty is covered.


How can I claim warranty?

Warranty claims are subject to the warranty coverage of the item you have purchased, if the product has a warranty from the brand, a warranty card will be included in the packaging. Please follow the following steps to initiate a warranty claim.

  • If your product produces a fault post the initial 5 days of delivery but is within warranty timeline, you can contact and provide the following information from your receipt and warranty card to initiate a warranty claim

    • Item  Specific
    • Warranty Duration
    • Type of fault
  • To claim warranty directly from the brand, please contact the authorized service center using the details stated on the warranty card provided with the item.
